Sunday, Feb 22nd – Nutrition

Nutrition is often called the 4th discipline in triathlon because of its importance in overall body composition, making sure you get the nutrients required for peak performance in your workouts and races, and adequate recovery nutrition.

This Sunday at 5:00 PM, we will have special guest Jennifer Shamblaw RD presenting methods to optimize your nutrition strategies. Jennifer works as the In-Store Registered Dietitian at Zehrs Kitchener.
