This Sunday, we will be practicing transitions! You should come prepared in gym clothes as we will be riding the spin bikes and running around the track. In order to practice your transitions, please bring the following items:
– bike helmet & sunglasses
– race belt (if you have one)
– running shoes
– bike shoes for spinbikes or 2nd pair of running shoes
– energy and excitement
