Just as an FYI as we head into the break shortly! A good amount of my SET-spiration (get it? Set-inspiration) comes from Sara McLarty, a professional traithlete, former Team USA swimmer and all around fun swim person.
She has a swim blog, where she has tracked every workout she’s written for the past six years so it’s a great resource! She tends to be on the higher end, so she focusses more on the speed and distance, but her workouts are modifiable!
