Warm up (450):
3x( 100 swim, 25 dolphin dives, 25 breaststroke)

Drills (600):
8X75 on 15 sec rest
– 25 Shark Fin
– 25 6 kick switch
– 25 swim

Main (600/1200):
repeat 2 or 4 times:
2X100 on 1:30/1:45/2:00/2:30
– Build (so get faster/stronger with each 25)
4X25 on 30/40/50
– Desc. Golf (explained in the comments)

Bonus (600):
6X100 on 1:50/2:20/2:50
– 25 steady, 50 kick, 25 sprint

Cool Down (150):
50 back, 50 breast, 50 free
