swim set just for a change

2×400 SKIP (100 each of Swim, Kick, IM, Pull)
400 drill as 8×50 (drill down, swim back)
Main set 10×200 build (you can make them moderate to race pace efforts and if you do then include a 50 easy in between; You can also have some fun and make the 5th and 10th one IM or the evens build, the odds race pace.)
Warm down: 200 of choice
