an alternative to a swim work out

If you miss your swim work out here is a work out you can do instead that will compliment the swim work out.

  1. 5 minute warmup on the elliptical, treadmill, or spin bike
    Main set do this circuit 3 times with 2-3 minutes rest after each round and no rest in between exercises
  2. 5 minutes HARD on the rowing machine
  3. 10 chin ups
  4. 10 squats
  5. 10 straight armed lat pull downs
  6. 15 leg curls
  7. 15 leg extensions
  8. 10 pushups
  9. 10 seated rows
  10. 10 lateral arm raises
  11. 1 minute plank
