Workout of the week:
Warm up: 200 easy swim, 4×50 on 20s rest 25 left arm/25 right arm drill, 4×50 catch-up
Main set:1×400-500 at just above threshold pace
2×200-250 at threshold
1×400-500 at just above threshold
4-5×100 race pace
Warm down: 100 easy

    • One arm stays in front stretched out and the left arm comes up to meet it. The the left arms stays in front stretched out and the right arm comes up to meet it. That is the catch up. One arm then the next etc. Each time the arm comes up to touch the fingers of the other arm that is stretched out. Does that make sense?
